1. Booking Terms
A reservation is confirmed once payment is received according to the schedule shown at checkout. Cancellation windows and refund eligibility follow the policy presented at the time of booking. You are responsible for providing accurate reservation details and for the conduct of everyone in your party.
2. House Rules
Check-in and check-out times, the maximum occupancy of each house, our pet policy, and the rules for events and noise are shared with your booking confirmation. These rules protect the homes, our neighbours, and every guest's stay, and we ask that they be respected throughout your visit.
3. Limitation of Liability
Los Colores Huatulco is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings beyond what applicable law requires. You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events outside their reasonable control, including force majeure.
4. Privacy Policy
